1.2. Limited License: When you purchase the Course, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non exclusive license to use the Content for your own personal and commercial short-term rental business only.

1.3. Prohibited Actions: You may not share, sell, distribute, reproduce, sublicense, or display the Content in any public or commercial way. Sharing your access credentials (login and password) with any other individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

2. Payment, Billing, and Access

2.1. Payment: All payments must be made in the currency specified on the sales page. You warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided. 2.2. Access: Upon successful processing of payment, you will receiveimmediate access to the digital portions of the Course. Physical products (e.g., the Paperback) will be shipped separately. 2.3. Platform: The digital Course and access to the Content are provided via the Tekmatix platform. We are not responsible for any platform downtime or service outages experienced by the host platform.

3. Refund Policy and The "Paycheck Replacement Guarantee"

Qualification Conditions: To qualify for the personalized coaching support under this Guarantee, the purchaser must submit verifiable proof of the following actions within 120 days of the original course purchase date:

1. Proof of Live Listing: Submission of the direct, public URL link to their live, published Airbnb listing.

2. Listing Score Requirement: Submission of a screenshot showing an Airbnb Listing Score of 80% or higher upon the listing's launch.

3. Professional Photography: Proof that the listing contains a minimum of ten high-quality, professional photographs (or equivalent quality, as determined by the Seller) applied to the listing.

4. Open Calendar Proof: Submission of a screenshot of the live Airbnb calendar verifying that the listing was fully open for bookings for the entire first 30-day period following its launch, with no artificial date blocks applied.

5. Pricing Strategy Implementation: Demonstration that dynamic pricing tools (such as Airbnb Smart Pricing or an integrated third-party tool) were actively utilized for the first 30 days the listing was live.

Failure to Meet Conditions: If the purchaser fails to meet any of the five qualification conditions, they are ineligible for the Guarantee.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. No Income Guarantee: You understand and agree that we make no guarantees of any specific income, bookings, financial success, or "paycheck replacement."

Your success depends on your effort, market conditions, property quality, location, and economic factors beyond our control.

4.2. No Financial Advice: The Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with licensed professionals before making financial decisions.

4.3. Limit of Liability: In no event shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

resulting from your use or inability to use the Course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
